In this course you will explore tons of fun activities to help you celebrate well being as a combination of physical health, social health, nutrition, and mental health.

What are some different types of physical activity and how do they affect the body? How do we ensure we nurture and protect our mental health? How do we monitor and adjust to our own physical exertion levels? How do we make healthy sexual decisions?

This class is about learning to understand your strengths, weaknesses, and personal preferences to help you plan and achieve your goals. You will be encouraged to try a variety of physical activities so you can increase the likelihood you can maintain active throughout your life.
